Privacy policy

What data Qanchaga collects: no accounts, no personal data, and calculator requests stored anonymously without IP addresses. Plus cookies and analytics.

Updated:

This page explains in plain language what data is processed when you use Qanchaga (qanchaga.com).

In short

  • There are no user accounts. We don't ask for your name, phone number, email address or your phone's IMEI.
  • Calculator requests are stored anonymously, without IP addresses or personal data.
  • Server logs may temporarily contain IP addresses for security purposes.
  • Analytics services may use cookies.

Calculator requests

When you calculate a price, we store:

  • the model and storage size you selected;
  • the condition options you chose (body, screen, battery and so on);
  • the resulting estimate;
  • the site language and the time of the request.

These records contain no IP address and nothing else that identifies you. We use them to make our estimates more accurate and to understand which models people are interested in.

IP addresses and server logs

To protect the site from abuse and automated traffic, the server limits how many requests can come from one IP address. In addition, standard server logs may temporarily store your IP address, the page requested and your browser type. This information is used only for security and for troubleshooting technical problems.

Cookies

  • Analytics. To understand how the site is used, we may use Google Analytics and/or Yandex Metrica. These services may set cookies and collect information about your device, browser and visit. They are governed by Google's and Yandex's own privacy policies.
  • Technical cookies. Cookies that the site needs to work, such as one that remembers your chosen language, may be used.
  • Admin session. A session cookie is used only when site administrators sign in to the admin panel. Regular visitors never sign in, so this cookie is not set for them.

You can disable or block cookies in your browser settings. The calculator will still work.

We also use Google Search Console and Yandex Webmaster to see how the site appears in search results.

Sharing data

We do not sell personal data. The analytics services mentioned above receive data through their own cookies. The site runs on a rented server, so data and server logs are stored on our hosting provider's infrastructure. Beyond that, data may be disclosed to third parties only where the law requires it.

Our guides link to official websites such as Apple, Samsung and UZIMEI. When you visit them, their own privacy rules apply.

Applicable law

We aim to operate in line with the applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Changes

This policy may change as the site develops. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page.
