- A model is missing — you can't find your iPhone or Samsung model in the calculator.
- An error in a guide — something in our guides is outdated or inaccurate.
- Suggestions — ideas for making the site more useful.
- Partnerships — other questions about the project.
If you're writing about a price
To help us check it quickly, please include:
- the model and storage size (for example, iPhone 13, 128 GB);
- the condition you selected in the calculator (body, screen, battery and so on);
- the price you saw and where — for example, what similar phones are listed for, or what one actually sold for.

What we can't help with
Qanchaga does not buy or sell phones. We're also unable to price an individual phone from photos or a description — the calculator does that using the same open formula for everyone.
